Returns Policy

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If your online purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we're here to
help you with the return process. Please follow the guidelines below:

  • Notification Period: Kindly inform us within 14 days from the date you receive the goods to initiate the return process. You can do this by emailing us at mail@cfurniture.ie or by completing the returns form provided below.
  • Cancellation Period: The cancellation period ends 14 days after you physically acquire the items. Once you notify us of your decision to cancel the contract, you have an additional 14 days to return the goods to us.
  • Handling and Packaging: While the items are in your possession, please handle them with care. Items must be in pristine condition and returned in their original, undamaged packaging.
  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the order, once the goods are returned to us. Please note that we will cover your delivery costs only if the return is due to our error, such as receiving a faulty product.
  • Return Methods: We will not reimburse any costs accrued
    using alternative return methods other than the options provided to you. If you're returning an order due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for
    all delivery costs when returning items to our store in Craughwell or warehouse in Gort. An uplift service can be arranged; please be aware that charges apply.
  • Handling Fees: A fee may be applied if the items have
    decreased in value due to excessive handling beyond what's necessary to inspect
    their features and characteristics. Items out of packaging will incur a minimum 30% restocking fee. Ensure you're satisfied with the product before disposing of the packaging.
  • Exclusions: Made-to-order items cannot be refunded unless
    canceled in accordance with your rights or if they are faulty/not as described. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer returns Pillows, Bedlinen, Mattresses, and Mattress Toppers that have been removed from their original packaging unless they are faulty.
  • Important Note: This returns policy applies exclusively to
    online purchases made through our website. Purchases completed in-store have a different returns and cancellation procedure. Please refer to our in-store returns policy for further information.
  • Product Usage Guidelines: All our furniture is intended for indoor domestic use, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
