For large bulky items (which we deliver): If your items are found to be faulty or not as described, then on delivery please inform the Craughwell Furniture driver. Alternatively, call us at 091-846056 and we will arrange to pick up / exchange of the faulty item. Faults should be reported within a maximum of 2 days after receiving your delivery or collection from our premises.
For regular-sized items: If your items are found to be faulty or not as described, please notify us as soon as possible by emailing email@example.com (with pictures of the damage) or by reporting it to us on 091-846056. Faults should be reported within a maximum of 2 days after receiving your delivery. When faults occur, you will be required to return the item to us by Fastway. You will receive a free prepaid returns label from us which we will send to you via email.
Change of Mind
If you are unsure about a purchase or changed your mind, a store credit can be issued against orders returned within 14 days. It is your responsibility to return the item(s) to our store. Please ensure you include your details with the order number and explaining why you have returned the item.\ If you require us to arrange a collection for you:
- For large bulky items, a charge of between €75 to €150 will be made to cover the cost of collecting and returning the items, depending on product size and your location.
- For regular size items, a collection charge of €30 will be deducted from the cost of the item and collection will be made by our Courier.
Craughwell Furniture cannot accept products back when it is out of the original packaging or the seals are broken. Images of sealed good can be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Following the cancellation of your order and the safe return to the item, an inspection will be carried out and any credit owed will be authorised or refunded, usually within 14 days.
Goods need to be in their original packaging and in pristine condition for resale. In the case of larger bulky items, a 20% restocking fee will be applied. For special order items (non-stock products) cancellation of an order is not permitted. Please note mattresses once opened cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Floor model/display models are sold as seen and no refunds will be issued on these goods. Mattresses once received cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Craughwell Furniture will provide all customers with measurements (available on request if not present online), however, it’s ultimately the customer responsibility to ensure the goods will fit in the intended space. In the instance where a product is custom ordered, Craughwell Furniture will not accept returns unless there is a genuine fault.
