Delivery Information for Bigger items (over 30kg)

Our deliveries are undertaken by our own trained delivery teams and other third party dedicated couriers. Our deliveries take place between Monday and Friday 9 am - 6 pm (excluding Bank Holidays).

What happens after my order is placed?
For Non-Bulky items (under 20kg), your order is normally processed the next working day and you should have your order within 7 working days. It will be delivered by courier. We will contact you immediately if there are any issues with stock availability.
For Bulky items (over 20kg), you will receive an order confirmation via email after placing your order. If the product is in stock and available for delivery it will be delivered within 10 working days. We will contact you by email to let you know what day to expect your order. The evening before delivery, you will receive a text message which will give you an approximate time when to expect arrival. Also, approximately 30 mins before we arrive at your door, we will ring you as well to let you know that we are close by. Please note that all products are clearly marked with the lead time for delivery.
If you would like to specify a different delivery date or have any other comments please email mail@cfurniture with your order number and we will do our best to accommodate you. Any products which we don't currently have in stock is specified on the product page with the estimated lead time for delivery.
What happens on the delivery date?
When our courier arrives with your item, they will proceed to deliver it to the room of your choice. Please note we do not accept responsibility for any damage whatsoever caused to your premises or possessions within, if any of our staff agree to place items inside your premises. Please make sure that the area you want the furniture placed has easy access to and the surrounding area is cleared.
A re-stocking charge of 30% of the item’s value will apply where there is not adequate space in your home for the items you ordered. The item will be returned to us and a credit note will then be issued for the outstanding value.
Can a delivery be cancelled or rescheduled?
Please note that a delivery cannot be cancelled on the day of delivery as our deliveries are prepared the evening before the scheduled delivery.
You must advise us of any cancellation at least 2 working days prior to the scheduled delivery date. A cancellation outside this time period will lead to a re-delivery charge which must be paid before your re-scheduled delivery. If our driver cannot contact you on the number provided by you or fails to gain access to your delivery address on the day then your delivery will be rescheduled for the next available day. A re-delivery charge of €100 will apply which must be paid before your re-scheduled delivery.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We make every effort to ensure your furniture arrives to your home in pristine condition. However, if an item arrives damaged please contact us immediately on 091 846056 or email email@example.com and please include images of the damaged furniture. Keep all packaging materials from the shipment so we can arrange the return of the damaged goods. Once returned we will endeavour to replace the damaged item as soon as possible.
Where do we deliver furniture?
Delivery is available in the Republic of Ireland.
Prior to Delivery
Ensure that the furniture will fit into the intended area in your home. You can contact us prior to ensure that the dimensions displayed online are correct.
Ensure that there is adequate access to your house for our delivery truck and that the furniture will fit through all external and internal doors in your home.
Have a clear passage to the intended destination in your home.
Click & Collect
Click and Collect is available from our Shop in Craughwell during standard working hours. Please note you will be notified when the products are available for collection (this can take 3 days if goods need to be transported from our warehouse).
